Lewandowski did not score in Barcelona's win

 Robert Lewandowski was signed by Barcelona after traveling to the United States for pre-season training. On July 19, the day Barcelona officially announced Leva's signing, the club was playing a friendly against Inter Miami at the Camp Nou. Barca's next match in the United States was against Real Madrid. Lewandowski's debut in the Barca jersey with that match on July 23.

Barcelona drew 2-2 with Juventus after a 1-0 win in the first El Clasico of the season. Today, in another warm-up match, New York won 2-0 against the Red Bulls. Lewandowski was in Barca's starting eleven in all three matches. The Polish striker has played 180 minutes in three matches. But he has not yet scored a goal in Barca's jersey!

Lewandowski scored 344 goals in 375 matches in all competitions for Bayern Munich. Scored fifty goals in two of the last three seasons. In 2019-20 season he scored 55 goals in 47 matches and last season he had 50 goals in 46 matches. During the 2020-21 season, he scored 48 goals in 40 matches. All in all, the Polish striker has earned the name 'goal machine'.

But even after playing three matches after signing up for Barca, no goal has yet come out of the goal machine. Barcelona won against New York Red Bulls today with goals from Ousmane Dembele and Memphis.
