Walton-BSJA Sports Carnival is starting

 Walton-BSJA Sports Carnival-2022' is going to start with the members of Bangladesh Sports Journalists Association (BSJA). The event will be inaugurated with table tennis at the Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Indoor Stadium on Thursday. This was announced by the professional sports journalists at the official press conference of the Indoor Sports Carnival on Tuesday.

There are 6 disciplines in this year's event - TT, Carrom, Chess, Swimming, Shooting, Archery, Colbridge.

There will be single events as well as double events for table tennis and carom. There will be trophies and cash prizes for the champions, runners-up and third place winners of each event. The best player will be awarded the 'The Best' trophy based on the score of all events.

The 'Walton-BSJA Sports Carnival' will be inaugurated on June 30, 2022 with English table tennis discipline. Archery and shooting for the week-long games will be held at the Hockey Stadium and swimming will be held at the Ivy Rahman Swimming Pool. Carrom, chess and callbridge will be held at BSJA's own office (opposite Ivy Rahman Swimming Pool at Bangabandhu Stadium). All disciplines will be governed by health rules.
