'Traditional tent' for Qatar World Cup spectators

The host Qatar is planning to hold 1.2 million spectators in a 'traditional tent' at the World Cup in Qatar later this year. Recently, the organizers said so. Omar Al Jaber, the official in charge of accommodation for the local organizing committee of the tournament, said:

"This is real camping," he told a news conference.

We want to give guests the experience of living in the desert like ordinary Bedouins. The tent will have electricity and water supply as well as sewerage system. However, there will be no air conditioning device to protect the country from the scorching heat.

The first tournament in the history of World Cup football was held at the end of the year, in November and December, to avoid the heat of the Middle East. The tournament will be held on November 21. It will end on December 16. There are also plans to set up 200 more luxury tents for World Cup-going spectators in the gas-rich country. They will be located in the Silaine Beach area near the desert in the south of the country, Jaber said.

Visitors will be able to choose between a specially designed village, apartments, villas and two cruise ships. The organizers have already booked most of the hotel rooms in the country. Where football teams, referees, media and FIFA officials will be stationed. Jaber said, "I would like to arrange more than one lakh rooms for the spectators during the World Cup. Many hotels are still under construction. More rooms will be available from there in a few months. '
